Process improvement consulting that removes the delays slowing your team

Cloud Haven Consultants offers process improvement consulting to companies in Pakistan and abroad. We map how work really flows, find where it stalls, and fix one step at a time.

For operations, finance, sales, and service teams. Most projects run online.

What you hold after the first month
  • A process mapOne page that shows who does what, and when.
  • A bottleneck listThe three to five steps that cause most delays.
  • A quick-win planChanges your team can make in two weeks.
  • Draft SOPsShort checklists written in your own words.
Example deliverables. The exact set depends on your scope.

Signs your company needs process improvement consulting

Most slow processes grew by accident. Nobody planned them, so nobody notices the waste until growth makes it painful.

  • 01

Teams do the same work twice

Teams re-enter the same data or redo approvals because nobody trusts the first version.

  • 02

    Everything waits for one person

One manager signs off on every step, so a single absence stops the line.

  • 03

    Errors appear late

Mistakes surface at the end, when fixing them costs the most time and goodwill.

  • 04

    New hires take months

Knowledge lives in heads, not in documents. Training depends on who has time.

What our process improvement consulting covers

Pick one area to start. Most clients begin with mapping, because it shows where the next hour of effort pays back.

Process mapping

We sit with the people who do the work, then draw the real flow. First, we capture what happens today, not what the manual says.

  • Current-state map of one end-to-end process
  • Handoffs, waiting time, and rework marked clearly
  • Short workshop to confirm the map with your team

How our process improvement consulting works

Five clear steps. You decide at the end of each one whether to continue.

  1. 1

    Listen

We interview the people who run the process and review a sample of real cases. Then we agree on one process and one goal.

  2. 2

    Map

We draw the current flow, including handoffs and waiting time. As a result, everyone sees the same picture.

  3. 3

    Fix

We choose the highest-impact changes, test one at a time, and measure the difference.

  4. 4

    Standardize

We write the SOP and checklist while the new way is fresh. Then we train the people who will own it.

  5. 5

    Track

We set two or three simple measures and review them with you after 30 and 90 days.

Is this the right fit for your team?

It works best when a process repeats often and crosses teams.

A good fit if you

  • Repeat the same process every day or week
  • Have more than one team involved in a handoff
  • See delays, rework, or missed deadlines
  • Want results without buying new software first

You may not need it yet if

  • The work happens once a year, with no repetition
  • You are a one-person business with no handoffs
  • You need a full strategy first (see our business consultancy)
  • You want software built from scratch, not a better process

Questions about process improvement consulting

Straight answers to what managers ask before we start. If yours is missing, just ask.

Ask a question
What is process improvement consulting?

It is outside help to make repeated work faster, cheaper, and more reliable. A consultant maps the current steps, finds the delays, and helps you change them.

How long does a project take?

A single-process project usually takes four to eight weeks. Larger programs run in phases, so you can stop after each one.

Do you use Lean or Six Sigma?

We borrow useful ideas from both, such as waste removal and measuring. However, we keep the language simple. If you want to read more, see the Lean Enterprise Institute.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. We run workshops and interviews online, and we visit on site when it helps. Many clients across Pakistan and abroad choose a remote-first plan.

Will we need new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already have. Software comes up only when it clearly pays back.

How is this different from management consulting?

Management consulting sets up how the whole company runs, such as KPIs and meetings. Process improvement focuses on single workflows. Both fit together, so see our management consulting page.

What does it cost?

After a short call, we quote a fixed price based on the number of processes and people. We do not publish prices until we know your scope.

How do you measure success?

We agree on two or three measures before we begin, such as turnaround time, error count, or hours saved. Then we report them after 30 and 90 days.
